Disney Hollywood Studios

So we hit Disney Studios today. We were really looking forward to riding dinner of the new rides that have been added. But it didn’t turn out quite as we had hoped.

We started off with the Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. It was a fun and enjoyable ride with a 40 minute wait.

We then tried Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. This is an enjoyable 4 minute ride with an 80+ wait time. Not really worth it if you want my opinion.

The next ride we wanted to do was Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. We never got around to it since the wait time stayed between 100 – 200 minute wait time.

However, we did some other older rides which had no wait normally. You could really tell which rides had not had a recent movie release as they were empty.

I will say that the Star Wars area is awesome. I grabbed a few pics to share:

Don’t forget to bring your towel.

OMG Show

Went to the Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur Casino

We have been to other similar show such as Medievel Times. This was definitely different. The inclusion of the King Author story and dancers added a great differentiator. If you have three time you should definitely go.

Nacho Daddy’s

Stopped by Nacho Daddy’s for lunch. We had tried to go earlier but they were packed. We grabbed some lunch. The prices were high but the food was good. It’s nice to say you’ve been but not really worth the price despite the size. The wait staff was awesome.

Planet Hollywood Cafe

So after we left V we went to grad dinner or first stop was crowded with an hour wait. We decided to head to the Planet Hollywood Cafe instead. The menus is a paired down option from the old Planet Hollywood Restaurant. The food was fine but not great. I would say if possible go somewhere else. They do have an advantage of being open late so if you get hungry late at night go there.

V the Verity Show

Hit our first show in Las Vegas. We went to V the Verity Show. It provided a little bit of everything. If you can get discounted tickets definitely go. I wouldn’t pay full price.

Dinner on the first night

Hit up Ocean One for dinner.

We grabbed a steak and dinner Cajun pasta. The food was good and at an affordable price. The main draw is the 3 for $10 cocktails. We had several and found that generally they were fine. Only one was out balance.
